Welcome to DeliteDeals. These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, listing, and sale of products by sellers on the DeliteDeals platform. By registering as a seller and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business in India.
Sellers must provide accurate personal, business, and financial information during registration.
DeliteDeals reserves the right to approve or reject any seller application at its discretion.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Unauthorized access or sharing of login information is strictly prohibited.
Products listed must be genuine, safe, and comply with Indian laws and regulations.
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory details.
Prohibited items include counterfeit products, illegal goods, unsafe products, and restricted items.
DeliteDeals reserves the right to remove or reject any product that violates these guidelines.
Sellers are responsible for timely processing, packaging, and shipping of orders.
Delivery timelines must be adhered to as communicated via the platform.
Sellers must update order status, track shipments, and provide accurate delivery details.
Any delay, loss, or damage due to seller negligence may lead to penalties or account suspension.
Payments for orders, less applicable platform commissions and fees, will be processed as per the agreed payout schedule.
Commissions, fees, or deductions for returns, refunds, or chargebacks will be applied as per DeliteDeals’ policies.
Payment disputes must be reported via the seller portal within the specified timeframe.
Sellers must comply with DeliteDeals’ Return & Refund Policy for all eligible orders.
Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be processed promptly as per policy guidelines.
Sellers may be liable for costs associated with returns if non-compliance or negligence is identified.
Sellers must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or patents without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.
DeliteDeals reserves the right to remove listings that violate intellectual property laws.
Sellers must maintain professional and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers and platform representatives.
Misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, manipulation of orders, or misleading promotions will result in penalties, suspension, or termination of account.
Sellers must comply with DeliteDeals’ Seller Privacy Policy regarding collection, use, and protection of customer and operational data.
Sharing or misuse of confidential data is strictly prohibited.
DeliteDeals reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate seller accounts for:
Violation of these Terms
Listing prohibited or counterfeit products
Consistent non-compliance with order fulfillment or return policies
Fraudulent activity or legal violations
DeliteDeals is not liable for losses arising from product defects, delivery delays, or operational errors caused by sellers.
Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
DeliteDeals may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via the seller portal. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
