We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help through our transparent and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order on www.delitedeals.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

  • You received an incorrect product or item not as described.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@delitedeals.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images or videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or replaced unless received in a damaged or defective state:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Innerwear, socks, and undergarments

  • Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, fruits, or vegetables

  • Health and medical items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital goods and e-gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@delitedeals.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the return eligibility.

  3. You will receive pickup instructions or a return shipping label.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund or replacement status.

Please ensure that returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Replacement Policy

If you wish to replace a product instead of receiving a refund, we will arrange a replacement based on stock availability. In case a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, choose to return the product after receiving it as per our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact admin@delitedeals.com as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Provide unboxing photos or videos as proof to help us process your claim quickly.

We will either arrange for a replacement or initiate a full refund once the issue is verified.

8. Seller and Affiliate Returns

For items sold by third-party sellers or affiliates through DeliteDeals, the respective seller’s return policy may apply. However, we monitor all transactions to ensure fair and reliable resolution for customers.

9. Scrap Sale Returns

Items sold under “Sell Scrap Online” are non-returnable and non-refundable after pickup, as they are processed for recycling and environmental management.
