All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss alternative options or process a refund.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Our delivery partners strive to ensure that your products reach you safely and on time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other major cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the product category, seller location, and shipping destination. Delays due to weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or during special promotional offers.

  • For certain items or bulk orders, additional shipping fees may apply based on weight, size, or delivery location.

4. Multiple Shipments

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@delitedeals.com with your order details and supporting images.

Our team will investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, DeliteDeals ships only within India. We are working towards expanding our services to international locations in the near future.

9. Seller and Affiliate Shipments

For products sold by third-party sellers or affiliate partners on our platform:

  • Sellers are responsible for safe packaging and timely dispatch.

  • DeliteDeals monitors all shipments to ensure adherence to our quality and service standards.

10. Scrap Pickup and Transportation

For users who sell scrap online through DeliteDeals, our team or authorized pickup partners will arrange collection based on your location and scrap type. Pickup dates and times will be scheduled via phone or email confirmation.

11. Delays and Exceptions

DeliteDeals is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses. However, our support team will assist you in resolving any delivery-related concerns promptly.
