What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees differ depending on the Seller.

For low-value items, Sellers often face higher shipping expenses. In these instances, a small shipping fee is applied to assist them in covering their logistical expenses. To find out the shipping fees for specific products, please refer to your order summary.

For items listed as products, a delivery charge of Rs 40 per item may be applicable for orders with a value below Rs 500. However, orders totaling Rs 500 or more qualify for free delivery.

Why is the delivery date different from the X-Y business days delivery timeline?

The variation in the delivery date may occur due to potential holidays observed by the Seller or our courier partners between the order placement date and the scheduled delivery date, which is determined based on the timelines provided on the product page. In such situations, an additional day is included in the estimated delivery date. It's important to note that certain courier partners and Sellers do not operate on Sundays, and this consideration is taken into account when determining the delivery dates.

What is the approximate delivery duration?

Sellers typically prepare and dispatch items according to the specified timeline indicated on the product page. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.

The estimated delivery period is influenced by the following considerations:

The Seller who is providing the product.

The product's availability from the Seller.

The delivery destination you specify and the Seller's location.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Delitedeals?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Delitedeals. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is precisely what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not concealed fees and are charged (if applicable) separately, depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Why do the estimated delivery times differ for each seller?

You may have observed that different sellers offer varying estimated delivery times for the product you're interested in.

These delivery times are affected by factors such as product availability, the seller's geographic location, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your area.

To obtain more precise delivery estimates directly on the product page, please input your default pin code (you won't need to do this every time).

The Seller is unable to deliver to my area. Why?

To check if the product can be delivered to your location, please input your pincode on the product page (you only need to enter it once).

If you haven't provided your pincode by the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to determine serviceability.

The ability to service your location depends on: Whether the Seller offers shipping to your location.

Any legal restrictions related to shipping specific products to your area.

The availability of reliable courier partners in your location. Occasionally, Sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations, and this decision is entirely at their discretion.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not available in my area?

The availability of the CoD option is contingent on whether our courier partner, serving your location, can accept cash as payment upon delivery.

Our courier partners have specific cash limits for deliveries, which vary depending on the destination.

It's possible that your order value exceeds this limit, making the CoD option unavailable.

To determine if CoD is available in your area, please enter your pin code on the product page.

I need to arrange for a pick-up for a return. How can I do that? Returning items is a straightforward process.

Contact us to initiate the return request. Once you've started the return process, you'll receive a call explaining the next steps.

Whenever possible, Ekart Logistics will arrange for the item's pick-up.

However, if Ekart cannot facilitate the pick-up, you can return the item using a third-party courier service.

Please note that return fees are covered by the Seller. I received a delivery confirmation SMS/Email, but I didn't get my order.

If you've received a delivery confirmation SMS/Email but didn't receive your product, please report the issue within 7 days from the date of the delivery confirmation.

This will allow the seller to investigate the matter.

What do the different tags like "In Stock," "Available," mean? 'In Stock': For items listed as "In Stock," Sellers will specify the delivery time based on your location's pincode, typically ranging from 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 4-6 business days in areas served by standard courier service.

For other regions, orders will be sent via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. 'Available': The Seller may not have the item in stock at the moment but can procure it when you place an order.

The delivery time depends on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming': These items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked.

The item will be shipped on the official release launch day and typically arrives in 2 to 6 business days.

The preorder duration varies by item, and the release date is mentioned once known (e.g., 5th May, August 3rd week). 'Out of Stock': The item is currently unavailable for sale. You can use the 'Notify Me' feature to receive a notification when it becomes available for purchase.

'Imported': At times, Sellers source items from outside India, and these are labeled as 'Imported' on the product page.

Such items may take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you. 'Back In Stock Soon': The product is popular and currently sold out.

However, you can 'book' an order for the product, and it will be shipped based on the Seller's specified timelines.

'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is presently out of stock and cannot be purchased. It may become available for purchase in the future.

You can use the 'Notify Me' feature to receive updates on its availability.

'Permanently Discontinued': This product is no longer available because it is obsolete or has been permanently discontinued.

'Out of Print': This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

Does Delitedeals deliver internationally? As of now, Delitedeals does not offer international delivery.

You can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries. However, please ensure that the delivery address is within India.
